Drunk Drivers/Drug users,dealers...and other bad guys

Hello, The POINT is this? ....WE NEED CHANGES...that will effective control many of the problems -drunk drivers/ drug users and other bad guys.....STOP them from harming the innocent people. and stop the repeats...from repeating there crimes...

IS there better solutions? ....off course....!

...take away the bad apple? ....and rest is NOT going to spoil!

rotten apples? ...do you save them?

6 billion people in this world...in a short while...it will be 7 billion...and some say? ...we have enough resources for up to 9 billion people-food,and water...before we run out?

Aloha, ...lucky we got coconuts in Hawaii...and banana's, coffee trees...etc

PS: Hawaii it going to have a salt water filter plants in the near future to make fresh water...and if gobal warming comes....NO need to go to ocean..it will come to us!
