No, he's trying to say that ninjitsu is not a Japanese word. Which, I guess is correct, even though some (like Kim and Duncan) have insisted it was in the past.

1 Do we have any here?
2 We have multiple individuals who live and work in Japan. They know the language. Does it matter that they are natives?
