Cleaning flavored mouth guard

I’m planning to purchase a flavored mouth guard. How do I clean it once it is dirty? Will the flavor diminish if I clean it with dish detergent ?

I use my toothbrush and toothpaste.

Follow the manufacturer's directions. The flavor will fade over time, whatever you do.
