Which one?

To-te Jitsu
Karate-do Nyumon
Karate-do Kyohan
Karate-do: My Way of Life
The Twenty Guiding Principles of Karate

Excuse my ignorance. My friend always refers to his fave as "Funikoshi's book." I'll need to ask him to be more specific.

I can't wait. Either an auto-biography or a another technique/training book would be interesting. I'm sure he's learned a lot since he rote his 1st one.

I have found out that the book is a biography. It was written by Perry William Kelly, who also wrote the Inosanto biography. It will be available in a few weeks.

Same here.

Others include "Zen in the Martial Arts," "Karate Do, My Way of Life," and "Book of Five Rings." All mentioned here, all excellent recommendations.
