How awful to be sent to a place where there's no air conditioning outside and to have fish in the sea dreadful.
There was a case a little while ago where a family on a cruise wanted their money back because the ship had run into a storm and they'd had an uncomfortable day, no one had warned them they said that there was weather at sea.
