I don't know if this has been posted here previously but I don't recall seeing it.

I post it up for the twin reasons of seeing if those who know what they're looking at have an opinion to share and to dispel the myth that the ladies can't use a 'proper' blade.

Be warned that if you don't have a decent broadband this is a hefty download.

For me, trained as I an in a Japanese tradition, these exchanges look pretty convincing. The shortness of the bouts rings true to me with my MJER 'one cut-one kill' background.

I've seen most of the bouts on Eric's site, and posted one or two here. They're pretty good, IMO. Pamela (I think that's her name) is quite a good fencer as well. A sword only weighs a couple of pounds anyway. I've yet to meet a woman that couldn't weild a longsword properly due to weight. :)

Best regards,
