Here's a clear and concise depiction of "longsword 101" from Johannes Liechtenauer's verse, with accompanying pics from the manuals interspersed among the demonstrations. It's perhaps not as slick or pretty as the Gladitores or ARMA clips, but it's certainly worth watching.
