Why I shouldn't be a blue belt

I train in silence to be honest.
There's always music when we train. It's usually hip-hop, but sometimes there'll be hard rock or heavy metal (mostly the classic stuff like Scorpions or Maiden), which is more my speed.

Every once in a while the coach'll throw us a curve-ball, like that time he had bubblegum pop playing.

It's in the background and always turned way down during instruction, so it's not a distraction and it keeps things fun and light-hearted. 😁

Because our coach played the 2hr remix of old town road during a training session once.
