Bad location, plus, I'm bad with money. Currently, I am teaching out of a YMCA. It's a much better situation for me because I don't have any bills. No electric, phone, rent, or advertising. I have 103 students, but I only get half of what they take in and they don't charge nearly as much as I would like.

Weird, I had always thought MA teachers make a bunch of money with Dojos.

I wish... I've been happy the last few years; I've broken even. Last year I even had a small profit. I teach TKD because I enjoy it - but like many other instructors, it is a part-time job, and the bills are paid by a full-time job.
