What do you look for in a MA website?

If you have a concern about reputations -- please bring it to the Staff's attention. Do not bring it up in a thread; doing so is actually a violation of the TOS.

That said -- rep is basically a game. Don't sweat it too much, especially the unsigned stuff. Some folks rep a lot, some don't. But it's really just a game... an informal method of seeing who's posts are liked more.

As someone already knowledgeable about the arts, I'm often frustrated by the lack of clarity on what exactly they're teaching. Karate? Great. Which style? At least, is it Okinawan or Japanese? It's amazing how often that specific info. is nowhere in there. I end up at the instructor bios. page looking for who they studied under for clues.
