WNYMartialarts.com is no more. Sadly, the day had come to close the doors on a good source of Martial Arts FAQ's and information.

We will be shortly integrating much of the content from WNYMA into MartialTalk.

Some of the information we plan on adding is:
A Book of Five Rings, by Miyamoto Musashi : 5 different translations
Sun Tzu's The Art of War : 4 translations
Tao Te Ching : 3 translations
Martial Arts Animals - Animals in the Martial Arts
George Silver's Paradoxes of Defense
Articles on training and other interests.
FAQ's on various martial arts and other physical fitness interests.

The school database is not planned to be integrated at this time.

Some of this information will be stored locally, while others will be links to remote sites.

For those who never found WNYMA, it was a portal to the arts in Western New York.

We've started integrating the content. You can check out the new reference library at http://www.martialtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=1109

or just click on the Library button at the top of the screen.

Any suggestions on what else should be added in always apreciated.

In regards to the school directory, if you are looking for a school, check out this link: http://www.budoseek.net/dojo.htm They have international coverage, where the WNY database was only covering western NY state.
