With all due respect if you cut back the peanuts and the beer you could probably become as fast as a 45yr old.

And if you scrap some of that Tracy stuff and start moving Up the Circle (and some of that other stuff Mr. Parker came up with after the Al Tracy invented Kenpo) we may get you down to 40. Ish.

Well, to be honest, I'm not a beer drinker, and rarely drink any alcohol at all. Peanuts, not a favorite either.
