Hello. I have trained and competed in martial arts all my life but never in WTF Taekwondo. In a couple of months I have my first competition. I will compete 80+, the thing is that I am only 1.76 cm. I know it's short for heavier takekwondo. Do you have any advice on what I should think about? What should I practice? I am grateful for answers.
