Supplemental exercises you can do at home for tkd

So I want to make a thread on exercises you can do at home to improve your tkd. If you have any you like to do or recommend please share them. Obviously we have forms, than we have technique drilling, strength and conditioning etc. I think stretching is one of the most important things you can do at home. Also bodyweight exercises like calf raises, horse stance for time, and planks. Those are my main ones other than forms. I need to learn how to stretch better, I have hardwood floors but if you know some good stretches I can do standing let me know.

I need to learn how to stretch better,
- Stand in front of a door frame.
- Put one of your legs on one side of the door frame.
- Lean your back against the other side of the door frame.
- Use both hands to pull the door frame until your groin can also touch the door frame.
