I dunno if I could call a sculpture made out of rice-crispies covered in fondant a cake exactly. To me it's just an edible sculpture. Not a bad job though.

I came across this a few years ago via Stumble. Scariest cake ever!! But seeing it will probably kill your appetite.

What? The Stormtrooper? Scary? :idunno: about that but knowing that it's nothing more than (thick) frosted covered rice crispies ...uh, no thanks. I prefer made from scratch cake... kinda like what momma used to make.

A little short for a Stormtrooper. I consider any "cake" done with fondant as a sculpture, since fondant tends to be every bit as tasty as Playdough.

I jokingly mentioned to my sister in law who makes wedding/birthday cakes for a living that I would love one of these for my birthday.

I got an evil stare and quoted a pricetag of $800. I'm guessing that I won't be getting a Stormtrooper after all.

Maybe a Princess Leia.
