Not many left on MT that may remember my short walk down the Police/Military Sanda path. But a big part of the training was hitting trees...and walls... Apparently Wing Chun folk like hitting trees too, they just need extra stuff .

The Sanda did hit trees with palms, knees, elbows..... I could never do the knees elbows thing.
