In the movie, Hook! He played Jimmy Ho in "The Perfect Weapon!". And Jeff's litte brother Adam, played by John Dye, was in Best of the Best! Wow, the connections begin! Sorry, just rambling, but what do you expect?

Could he have been the guy staring at the picture of Stifler's mom on the wall that said "Dude that chick is a MILF"? It seems to me that it was one of the 2 guys you speak of?!?!?!?

I don't know who played the M.I.L.F. guy ... great scene though.
Neither Dante Basco, or John Dye is listed in the credits for
American Pie.

It's still possible that it is. It was such a small part, maybe they
just didn't list him in the credits?

o.k. I'm here to clear up this whole thing since some of you are confusing two different guys from different ethinicities. Geez.

Yes, it was Dante Basco (Filipino) who played Rufio in Hook, his family are prevalent in showbiz, his little brother had one of the lead parts in the NBC Sat. morning show City Guys. Dante has been in a lot of movies, usually playing other ethnicities, from Chinese, to Vietnames(Just like fellow Filipino martial artist Ernie Reyes Jr.), which is funny since he looks totally Southeast Asian to me so I've seen him and his bros. in som Fil-Am movies (The Debut).

The guy who was the MILF dude in American Pie is Johnathan Cho (Chinese) and he also had a co-starring part in the now defunct WB comedy with the deep voice in the AP movie as well called Off Center.
