I remember seeing the first clip about a year ago and was amazed to see the applications and how smooth and effortlessly they looked but yet so very effective.

Good finds, thanks. Anyone know what the Xiao distinction is in the last clip? (It's faster, so looks choppier. Wonder if that's it?).

The first one is almost poetic. Kinda makes ya wonder how that guy would fare against some of the sport fighters today.

Xiao usually means small. If that were the case then I am not surprised by a shorter, choppier appearance

Shaolin Pao Chui = Shaolin Canon Fist

Shaolin Xiao Pao Chui = Shaolin Small Canon Fist

And I wanted to clarify the applications in the first video have nothing to do with Pao Chui it is just that I like the applications shown and I have always like all styles of Pao Chui for some reason so I posted them too.

The only connection that I know they have is they are all Shaolin
