3 things make up Chinese martial arts
1) punching and kicking
2) Shuaijiao
3) Qinna

Mountain is 山 Shān
Mount Song 嵩山; Sōngshān
Mount Song is nowhere near Laoyang

- Pigua Zhang (劈挂掌),
- Liuhe Men (六合门),
- Tan Tui (潭腿)
- Jiao Men Quan (教门拳),
- Cha Quan (查拳),
- Xinyi Liuhe Quan (心意六合拳)
- Shuai Chiao (摔跤)
- ...
