does anyone know who has the biggest martial arts school in the world or in the usa?

That all depends on what you mean by the biggest? Do you mean the number of students and locations, or square footage of one location?
For students, I would suggest you read www.tracyskarate.com, GM Al Tracy proudly displays his list of black belts.
For a single studio, I've always been impressed by Dr. Chamberlain's studio in Texas. The facility looks really nice. http://www.dallaskenpo.com/
I only know of these by looking around on the internet. Unfortunatly, I've never met either one and I don't have enough experience or knowledge to definitivly answer you question.
