While I still have most of the accumulated flexibility improvements, I get these stiffness onsets in which I feel stiff like a beginner..it can go on for days, even after having rested

I sometimes skip drinking when emersed in different activities, can this be a cause of my condition, or is it age kicking in already (I'm 31)?

Bro thats all in your mind just drink plenty water

No no, it makes crackling noises. There is genuine stiffness. But I can't account for it. I should have improved flexibility after a good rest... not worse

no, a " good " rest will remove flexability, you can rest and maintain flexability at the same time, just flex a few times a day

if you think your dehydrated drink more, though not to much ad it's bad for you
