A 21-year-old woman arrested for burglarizing a Mt. Morris Township home should be happy that police caught her before the homeowner did.

Why? The homeowner is a sixth-degree black belt.

KingÂ’s Karate co-owner Dora King came home to find a woman in her office holding her laptop computer.

The woman took off running with the 49-year-old King trailing behind, slowed a bit by a bum Achilles heel.

“Instinct just kicked in,” said King, who refused to be victimized in her own home.

King said the woman tossed the goods into a waiting getaway car but kept running as the car drove off.

As King closed in on the woman, however, police swept in “like the cavalry.”

“I wanted to catch her,” said a grateful King.

While I have not seen them in years, Jackie and Dora are a great couple. He's a very flamboyant and funny guy!
