nice, very fluid! your kicks are especially impressive. no safety gear though, even for the new guys?

Thanks for posting. We don't use 'safety' gear, either, and yes, it's intentional.

Couple of questions. I notice a lot of spinning kicks, or wheel kicks, and even spinning back fists. Is that a staple of your art? Also, only saw white belts and black belts. Are there no in-between novice ranks, or just no one in the vid?
