I personally don't use the bamboo rings. Originally they were designed for people who's hands were spread too far apart during techniques like bong and tan. I don't like them because they can teach certain bad habits. I guess if you can stay away from the bad habits, it'll be cool. Let me know how they go.
What are they and what are they used for? I've not seen them before ( not surprising I don't do CMA
