Can't honestly say it's "dedication" which infers a conscious, deliberate effort. More like some instinct that's hard to deny (like eating donuts or mating) that just tells me to do it.

Physical - Stay in motion. Karate helps a lot as well as regular gym visits (even though not as strenuous or long as a few years ago). Still able to spar at blackbelt level.....for a few minutes.
