Lifting Weights

that is very interesting. now that you mention it, i have noticed my flexibility and jumping power go down since i don't practice many musclestregthening exercises.
i can somehow see this happening...
thanks for the tip. although my excuse for not working on strength is because i always focus on flexebility. but there is some laziness involved i must admit. also, i am begining to think that a well rounded training is better than selectively choosing only what is comfortable.
i have seen many bodybuilders or those fitness people who dance and do flips and splits. and now that you mention it, they are very flexible indeed.
i gather the real danger is stuff like typing on a computer all the time..:-)
