Got a uniform and hakama recommendation for someone in the States?

When I first started training in the Bujinkan, I got a plain black karate gi, probably 8oz. It lasted for quite a while. After it died, I got a heavier, canvas like gi; it didn't last long at all. When I got shodan, I spent a little more money and got an Inverted Gear bjj gi, the kind with the heavy duty jacket that could stop a bullet. The pants never really did that well. Maybe the off the shelf, generic measurements just didn't jive with my body and the movements I was doing in class. Eventually I got a 93 Brand bjj gi with a heavy jacket and the pants were much better, but still not as comfortable as a plain old karate gi pair of pants.

I am looking to get back into training and focus on Kukishin Ryu (mainly bikenjutsu, rokushakubojutsu, and dakentaijutsu). I've always wanted a hakama to train in and see how I liked it. Does anyone have a good gi and hakama recommendation for me that is hopefully made in the US so I don't have to pay some crazy shipping charge? Since I've never worn a hakama, I don't know if it'd even work well with this heavy gi and pants, or if something a bit lighter and more flowy is needed. If I'm going to do a class that's heavy on lapel grabs and need something tougher, I'll still have my 93 Brand gi.

Also, I'll be doing training outside in grass fields, so something a bit more rugged than silk.

Looks like it is a low-maintenance fully synthetic blend (Tetron).
They ship from California.
$72 is the max price, which I imagine is fairly competitive.

I just bought a karate gi from these guys for the first time (still in the mail).
I called them up to get info on sizes since my old karate gis have mysteriously shrunk quite significantly since I put them away 25 years ago!
They were very helpful and had other body dimensions not found on their standard published size charts.
KI used to be a common quality budget alternative to Japanese made Tokaido and Shureido long before Century offered heavy weight uniforms.
