Does anyone know of a good diagram image or videos about the form? I train in YMAA though so I do realise that there are many variations. It's just when I try to find stuff on it it is hard to find any decent material. Also the original green Longfist Master Yang book is out of print so I've no proper reference (even though I am doing it in class I would like to have a reference other than that video of Master Yang doing it in the 80s). Any help is much appreciated.

The Lien Bu Chuan was the 1st form to be taught in the Nanjing Central Guoshu Institute back in 1928 in China. It was a southern CMA form (someone said it was the dragon form) that was practiced in the northern CMA way.

To be treated as a northern CMA form, the original form didn't have even a "back reverse punch".

GM Han Ching-Tang had replaced a "double palms striking" by a "back reverse punch" toward the end of the form right before the ending (at 0.43).
