Dutch style Kickboxing has nothing to do with Kung Fu, so alot of the people mentioned in the list in the first post have no Kung Fu connection.
I think you might have misunderstood his post. He was complaining exactly that none of those kickboxers have a kung fu connection, not saying those kickboxers do.

Btw I saw someone telling you to go to Amsterdam, but Kickboxing in the Netherlands is very common and you can practice it in almost every city.
Why is he calling them Lau Gar if they have no Kung fu? I’m confused.

He called them Lau Gar fighters. But I’m not sure why.
Are you referring to this part?
You do not see many, if any, Lau Gar practitioners in MMA; if it's a complete system and includes grappling (Kam La) then why are practitioners learning BJJ ? Even if we forget MMA for now, none of these Lau Gar fighters are even in top 20 for kickboxing. The best kickboxers include:

Giorgio Petrosyan
Rob Kaman
Branko Cikatic
Semmy Schilt
Ernesto Hoost
Peter Aerts
Rico Verhoeven
Alistair Overeem
Badr Hari
Mirko Cro Cop
If so, he worded it weirdly, but is not calling those people Lau Gar fighters. He stated that there are no Lau Gar fighters in the top 20 for kickboxing. Then listed who the best kickboxers are. Not saying that those are the best Lau Gar kickboxers.

Thanks, yes, I guess I see a couple of implication that aren’t there.

@EskrimaFan

The kickboxers I mentioned don't know Lau Gar. Here's a breakdown:

Giorgio Petrosyan- Muay Thai/ kickboxing
Rob Kaman- Muay Thai (Dutch kickboxing)
Branko Cikatic- Taekwondo,Karate/Dutch kickboxing
Semmy Schilt- Kyokushin/ Dutch kickboxing
Ernesto Hoost- Muay Thai/Savate (Dutch kickboxing)
Peter Aerts- Kyokushin/Muay Thai (Dutch kickboxing)
Rico Verhoeven- Dutch kickboxing
Alistair Overeem- Kyokushin (Dutch kickboxing)
Badr Hari- Dutch kickboxing
Mirko Cro Cop- Taekwondo, Karate
I put Dutch kickboxing in brackets because it varies from school to school.

Team Golden Glory (best in my opinion) is Kyokushin and Muay Thai. Head coach: Cor Hemmers

Chakuriki is Kyokushin, Savate and Muay Thai. Head coach: Jans Plas

Meijiro is Kyokushin and Muay Thai. Head coach: Jon Bluming

Vos Gym is Muay Thai and Savate (as far as I know because Ernesto Hoost is a Savate champion as well). Head coach: Johan Vos

Mike's Gym is Muay Thai

Jon Bluming learned Kyokushin in Japan and he taught Jans Plas and Johan Vos.

I purposely didn't put down fighters from Thailand as they're much smaller than the kickboxers but the best in Muay Thai are:

Samart Payakroon
Namsaknoi
Saenchai
Sagat Petchyindee
Dieselnoi
Jomhod Kiatadisak
Somluck Kamsing
Dany Bill
Dida Diafat
Ramon Dekkers

Rob Kaman (Meijiro) and Ramon Dekkers (Golden Glory) often fought on the same card in Muay Thai. They were known as "The Dutch Duo"

NONE of these guys studied Lau Gar

Ark Wong taught the Five Family Style from the Canton area. Choy Li Fut Mok Hung. It's taught for health and self defense. Not for sports.
