Khan ranking?

was reading on muay boran and some guy said he had like the 10th khan ranking?
is this like the black belt in bokator-are these rankings new for the new versions of these systems?

yeah its all the same bull DA--its a program for the foreigners and they got rankings called khans
selling the old style stuff but its like a mishmash
the bokator is new stuff created by the hapkido master so the belt thing he kept from that my cambodian friends explained that one to me
all the stuff is to sell to the foreigners
