Is Olympic Karate a fair representation of Karate?

Short answer for me is no. Most of what is shown in the video is temporal. The TKD clip is probably 15-years old. The current version of 'sparring' is closer to the product Karate tried to put on the mat.
But I do agree with the commentary as far as what the Karate organizers tried to do.
