Is there much of a difference

i am training in a Leung Sheng lineage. Saw a webpage where they are Leung Ting. Is there a major difference, or minor difference, between the 2, or is that a silly question?

LT's style has certain small Leung Sheung signatures in it but overall LT's style is very much its own thing

Touched hands with both lineages. In my experience, the LS folks were VERY soft and passive/yielding...whereas the LT folks were also yielding but seemed to have a bit more aggressiveness and directness when they were attacking/counter-attacking, etc.
