Just a quick note
If your Sanda sifu decides he wants go give push hands a try, it is ok to off balance him… but no matter HOW much you are convinced there is an opening that will allow you to go low and uproot him just understand it is likely he will elbow you in the head. :erg:
Just thought I would mention that, not that... I.....:uhohh: aaaaa actually had that happen… just wanted to let you know…just in case... Now does anyone have any aspirin?
But by comparison to the last session all I have to say about todays is :bangahead:
