I am very interested in Hung Gar, Their animal and element system, and of course their forms ( Tiger Crane Set ) Is there a good online source for this system with reference and the forms maybe laid out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

If you have the new Mortal Kombat game, Deadly Alliance, one of Reptile's forms is Hung Gar. His second form is Crab.

Horse stance is a very hated stance, but very good for the legs. We practice very low horse stances, and I HATE it, but I love it too. Although I am nowhere near a three hour horse stance.

I'm curious to know what you know about Frank Yee. I see he just opened a branch school here in San Francisco. Looks like it might be his son teaching?

SiGung is a good natured person who genuinely cares about his students. Foremost authority on the Tang Fung Hung-Ga. His depth of knowledge runs deep. Of course I'm biased but it's hard not to come away from his instruction a litte bit in awe of his skill.

Wrote cover story article May/June 2006 Kung Fu Magazine.

Sifu Matthew Blazon Yee is a talented martial artist. I don't think he's related to SiGung.

Hosting is controlled chaos, I'll be there going crazy. It's so much easier going to a tourney as participant or spectator. Will you be there FunnyTiger?

All are welcome. www.yeeshungga.com for directions & rules explanation.

Yuppers! We will be there in full force. I'm competing Womens Intermediate Empty-Hand (Southern) and there are a grip of folk coming competing as well.

Hosting a tournie is definitely a nerve-racking time! You have my sympathies! This past years 5 Tigers gave me ulcers I'm sure!
