Here is my take on the cross-choke from the mounted position. It's a little different than others I've seen. Sound is a little low as it was done on my digital camera, so if there are any questions as to the hows or whys, just let me know. Enjoy. :)

great job! my favorite submission with the gi, i really liked the use of the shoulder to drive away his defensive arm, very nice.

Yeah, when I started dropping that shoulder I found the percentage of times I finished this technique went up a bunch. I kinda do things a little dfferent than some... so here check out these!!!

That's a great tip with the shoulder. I use te same setup quite a bit from guard although I'll switch to a different grip if he blocks.
