Hello everyone. I am wondering what kind of training you do outside of class to improve your kung fu. I want to get better, but I am feeling like I need to do more at home in order to improve more. My usual home training consists of doing forms, dummy forms ( in the air), solo drills ( tan da, wu da, etc.), and hand conditioning. Of course, I regularly attend classes, but you don't get good kung fu by only training 3 times a week. What kind of training do you do at home? How do you improve application of techniques without a training partner? If it helps to know, I'm still somewhat of a beginner with only 4 years in wing chun, and only about a year of chum kiu level.
