Hello everyone,
My name is Scott McElroy and I live in the Los Angeles area. I have practiced many facets of the martial arts for the last 35 years and have trained and taught in five of our seven continents. My soul purpose in teaching revolves around Iron Claw conditioning combined with Qi Gong. I have written a book on the subject and run a website with some great information and great demonstrations!
