Hey Gang..

NO worries... im doing this the old fashion way.. with exercise and im trying to eat better..(well its better now then it was before) And now unlike in the past when get stressed or have letdowns that cause me to get a bit depressed.. instead of going in the fridge for the age old comfort (especially for women) chocolate.... I run to the Dojan.. and train really hard that night.. It's working so far.. Thanks for the advice and support.. :D
