Finally back in the Martial Arts!!

After a multi-year layoff from martial arts, I joined a new gym last week and couldn't be happier.

I had dabbled with Danzan Ryu Jujutsu and Modern Arnis (never got rank in either). This time, I chose BJJ. My school (Uflacker Academy) also has judo on Sundays, and I am looking forward to that as well.

Martial Arts are pretty much the only physical exercise that I enjoy, so I am hoping to drop some unneeded pounds, as well.

Just thought I would share.
