We spent 6 months renovating a 70+ year old building and will be starting classes next week. We did a complete building gut down to the brick. We even replaced a good deal of brick. It was two office spaces that we combined into one. Its been a pretty crazy year getting this going.

I'm terrible with youtube videos so be kind. If you look at my other videos most are quite basic as most of our students are young and just getting started.

We are in Osceola Iowa. White Karate Osceola Iowa Martial Arts School | White Karate
You're going to have to keep us updated on how it goes.
I plan to. I'm looking forward to our grand opening. we've had a lot of folks reach out.

I like teaching and its a job that I'm planning on retiring into rather than out of. AI will probably replace my corporate job at some point.

Being a sport karate based school its a good area because there are 4 small but well run tournaments around the des moines area for our students to participate in that are only 45-60 minutes away. Kansas City isn't too far in the other direction either.

Exactly why I want to open a gym.
