wish granted you become well and are doing well for several months until you slip and fall you are now a quadrapalegic (? on spelling not sure), I wish I had a time machine that goes to any time that I want it to, but will also bring me back to where I started and I can use it as many times as I want
 
granted... the first time you go to the future, the gov't steals it. Now THEY have it, and mess up history as we know it.

I wish I looked more like my hispanic mom and less like my albino-white dad.

Granted. You think of the perfect wish that couldn't ever be misinterpreted or backfire that insures perfect happiness for you and all your loved ones. (Too bad you used up your wish already.)

I wish for the ability to make anthing I can imagine real so long as I'm picturing what I want to appear, and the actual materialization is controlled by speaking the keyword, "Ozymandius" and whatever I'm imagining doesn't do anything stupid like appear half inside me etc.
 
You have a really weird dream which in which you imagine the death of the world through killer rabits. Unfortunatly you just happen to say "Ozymandius" in your sleep and now we need some holy handgrenades if it's not to late.
