The nicest thing about being a high-rep member is that I can now heavily influence (mostly for the better!) other member's standing. We've had several new members who have made some very good posts and I was able to change their standing with my one I agree click!

You're doing pretty good for having only been a member for 4 months! It took me almost a year to get a gold pip. Number of posts, even very good ones, doesn't really do it because of the limitation (a good one, IMO!) on repping somebody too frequently. Shesulsa would definitely have her gold star by now were it otherwise and both you and Sam would have had gold pips long ago!
 
I think this will top me off for green, If not I work on it the hard way.
