Can some one tell me the difference

I am trying to find out what is the difference between Faan Tzi Ying Jow Pai and Shang Tung Eagle Claw. I have found the requirements (name of the forms) for the Faan Tzi system but I can't kind any lists of the Shang Tung system. It would be great if someone could explaine to me the difference but more importantly provide me with a list of the Shang Tung Eagle Claw System.

Grand Master Leung Shum, as far as I understand, is the only true Eagle Claw grandmaster in the US. Faan Tzi Ying Jow Pai appears to be the proper name for his Northern Ealge Claw, his association being just Ying Jow Pai.

The only Shang Tung Eagle Claw I saw was a school in Pasadena CA run by a Sifu Ken Edwards. Sifu Edwards appears to be a legitmate instructor under Master Shum's organization, I have never met or heard about him though. So it appears they are actually the same thing, just two different schools in the same association.
