Break In a Chest Protector

Hey all

I have a new chest protector, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to break this in other than just wearing it a ton. ha. Any advice would help.

It's just a little stiff. I want it to be able to keep it loose but not have the sides stick out. I hope that makes sense.

i like this ... it sounds effective and fun at the same time.

the bag idea works well as does manipulating it by hand which is also good for finger strength .....work the groin part most, if this remains to ridgid it will stop full range of motion on inside to out cresants.
