Well, clearly, when dealing with an artifact that so distorts the time-space continuum, any attempt to apply simple Newtonian causality to events loses all meaning.

So it is a futile excercise in sophistry for Caver to cavalierly claim a position of primacy in the bringing to general attention the link in question.

No such hierarchical structuring of sequences is possible when the Arrow of Time is broken ...
