We do have to respect the modern training. Your opinion?
Some traditional training such as "uphill hopping with weight" is good training too. With this training, you can develop good single leg balance (dynamic balance) big time.
The sad thing is today, nobody want to train like this any more.
I hadn't seen that one before. I like it.
On the serious side, the single leg hopping looks like a great training method (will definitely try it), so thanks for sharing.
On the less serious side, that first hopping video has insane potential as an "ok guys, I'm out of here" meme.
When I read the thread title, I thought, "Probably not a school where you get a free key chain when you join up."
