Mixed martial arts fighters use a combination of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, karate and other forms of fighting.

What a shame. I'll bet the level of training would have been nothing less than spectacular.

WOW it is unbelievable that teenager would do something this stupid :erg:

Unbelievable? Stupidity is the very definition of a teenager. I'm firmly convinced that adolescence should be considered a legitimate mental disorder. Basically, from 13 until about 20...you're insane. :) Lots of fellow mental health professionals agree..but th movement hasn't gained much traction

Peace,
Erik

Its a shame that teens can be so stupid it seems like more and more teens are wanting more realistic fights they arent satisfied with sparing in the dojo or at tournaments its just a shame

I"d be willing to bet that the majority, if not all of the kids, had zero or very little real martial arts training. Chances are, they were 23 UFC wannabes, who sit in front of the tv, watching their UFC collection, or the latest TUF show, run to the backyard, and try to emulate their heros.

If these kids want to fight that bad, they should get themselves to a gym, where they can learn properly, under the right supervision.
