In another threat, I always emphasize "leg skill". Most of the striking art just don't emphasize "leg skill" at all. If your opponent's legs are free to move around, it will be your fault.
If you want to use front door "拧(Ning) - twist", by using only 2 contact point (am pulling and neck pushing) is not the best way to throw your opponent. It will be more effective to add:
- stealing step footwork (this give your body more rotation) and,
- leg skill such as leg spring (this give you the 3rd contact point).
