What is the best work out to get in better shape for MMA. Currently i do something like this:
100 two leg rump ropes, 200 alternate leg jump ropes, 20 bench press, 20 curls, 15 sit ups x 3 Push ups x20 Squats x20 Push ups x20 Squats x20 Push ups x20 Squats x20 Lunges x20 Tricep Dips x20 Lunges x20 Tricep Dips x20 Lunges x20 Tricep Dips x20 Burpees x20 45 sec plank Burpees x20 45 sec plank Burpees x20 45 sec plank 100 two leg rump ropes, 200 alternate leg jump ropes 20 bench press, 20 curls, 15 sit ups x 3. With streatching before and after.
