What's the one thing from your martial art you wish all martial artists would read?

OK, so this gout flareup has lasted a week and shows signs of abating, but by the feel of things I won't be back in action for another week.
So hit me up with something you'd love other martial artists to read about or from your own art. What's the one thing people should be taking home with them and why
Hopefully this will give me some reading matter until my foot heals, and also provide an interesting debate

It's really hard to recommend The Book of Five Rings to anyone outside the ryū, because more often than not it's wildly misread and you have randoms say "but Musashi said..." without really appreciating the nuances from actually studying the text under guidance from my sensei and the sokē.

I think anything surface level by Alexander Bennet and Draeger about koryū would act as a good primer for realising the nature of Japanese TMA, but that's just my 2 bob's worth.

It's not my art, but as a teen I found this book invaluable. Not necessarily 'martial', but gave me a lot of different ideas to ponder
